Intellectual Property Declaration
I. THE PARTIES
The Authors, Yan Ivich and Sandor Ivich, hold exclusive ownership of all intellectual property and copyrights, subsisting continuously from the project’s inception in 2020 and its first fixation in any tangible or digital medium.
II. SUBJECT MATTER OF PROTECTION
The Authors claim exclusive ownership over the entire “Chronicles of the Celestial World” (chrcelwor) franchise, including:
World-Building: Three-level world structure, magic systems, energy mechanics, and chronology.
Geography: Exclusive rights to the name of the planet/world — Chrcelwor, and all key locations within the franchise, including but not limited to: Snow Empire, Nibelis, Shanlu, Realm of Darkness, Talissia, Tenebris, Turgard Empire, Murgard Empire, Droganis, Munash, Rokotan, and all other geographical names, architectural designs, maps, and environment zones.
Characters, Lore & Series: All names, visual designs, biographies, unique traits, clans, social hierarchies, and official story cycles, including the series “Shanlu”, “Dream of the Dragon”, “Destinies”, as well as all future series utilizing the name of the planet, any locations, or any other titles and conceptual names belonging to the franchise.
Linguistic Variance Clause: Protection extends to all linguistic variations, translations, and synonymous terms (e.g., Kingdom/Realm/Empire) used to describe the Project’s entities in any language.
Media Assets: All literary texts (Project Bible, novels, drafts), visual arts, illustrations, video content, and the design/structure of all official platforms (chrcelwor.com, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, etc.).
Expansion & General Clause: All other elements, names, concepts, and assets created within this world, as well as all future expansions and any other elements related to the franchise.
III. RESERVATION OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
The Authors reserve the sole right to authorize:
Publishing & Adaptations: Printing, distribution, translation, and production of films, TV, animation (donghua), comics (manga, manhua, manhwa), and video games (VR/AR/MR).
Public Performance: Theatrical performances, public readings, podcasts, and digital streaming.
Merchandising: Manufacture of physical goods, apparel, collectibles, food or beverage products.
Voice & Persona: Use of character voices, including AI-synthesis and digital likeness.
Future Technologies: Any other forms of commercial and non-commercial exploitation, use, and monetization in any medium or format, whether currently existing or developed in the future.
IV. PROHIBITIONS
Derivative Works: The creation of any derivative works (including but not limited to sequels, prequels, fanfiction) for commercial or non-commercial use is prohibited without the express written consent of the Authors.
AI Training: The use of any Project materials for training AI models or machine learning datasets is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Authors in writing.
Fan Communities: No person may claim “official” status or represent the Authors without written consent. Commercial activity within fan groups is forbidden.
Misleading Identifiers: Creation of websites, accounts, or platforms using the identifier “chrcelwor” (in any capacity as a project title, domain, or planetary name) or any geographical names, series titles, or other identifiers belonging to the franchise to mislead the audience is strictly prohibited.
V. VALIDATION
This declaration is valid worldwide. Official registration within the international Safe Creative registry serves as irrefutable evidence of this agreement, confirms the priority of rights for the Project materials, and validates the legal nexus between the Authors’ real names and their respective aliases.
VI. GOVERNING LAW
This Declaration is governed by international law and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
