Baishan Feng Order Characters: Clans & Guest Spellcasters
The Clan of Baishan Feng
Residence is the Abode of Snowy Peaks
The glory of the Snow Empire at Soaring Wind Peak in Shanlu: Cold, discipline, and eternal radiance.
At the highest point of the Silver Mist Ridge, where the sky merges with the eternal ice, lies the Order of Baishan Feng. Founded by foreigners from the mysterious Snow Empire, whose arrival in these mountains changed the face of Shanlu. They are the people of winter, whose hearts are forged in harsh training, and whose presence is felt like the breath of a frosty wind.
Clan Traits: Blood of Snow
• Appearance and Spirit: Clan members pride themselves on their snow-white hair and cold eyes. A palpable chill emanates from each cultivator. They wear hanfu made of “snow brocade,” trimmed with white and silver fur and adorned with heavy silver.
• Steel Order: There is no more disciplined Order in Shanlu. Their training rules are considered the strictest, and their endurance absolute. Despite their outward coldness, they are not devoid of feeling: their humor is subtle and sharp, like a shard of ice, understood only by their peers.
• Weapons: Their blades appear to be carved from transparent ice, but are actually a rare white metal. In terms of strength and magical conductivity, it surpasses the finest weapons from other lands.
The main citadel and spiritual center of the Order.
This is not a city, but an architectural marvel, inscribed into Mount Baishan itself. The residence consists of a cascade of transparent pavilions and open terraces.
• Frost Pavilions: Lightweight structures of ice stone and white wood, where cultivators meditate under the open sky.
• Hall of Ice Silence: The main hall, whose walls are inlaid with azure crystals that glow in time with the breath of the mountain.
• White Source Village: At the foot of the mountain, hidden behind a veil of eternal storms, lies a closed village—the only place where the clan’s women and children live, protected from the influence of the outside world.

The Clan of Baishan Feng
Prefecture Castle of Frozen Treasures
The economic heart of the Order of Baishan Feng: Harmony of stone, life, and wealth.
Unlike the barren ice of the main Abode, Frozen Treasure Castle on Mount Big Peak is striking in its vitality. Thanks to geothermal springs and magic, a unique microclimate has developed here, allowing life to flourish at such a high altitude.
City of Workers: Stone Flower
At the foot of Mount Big Peak lies the city of Stone Flower, home to thousands of miners, jewelers, and crystal craftsmen.
• Atmosphere: Free from the strict discipline of the Clan, Stone Flower is always bustling: the clatter of picks intertwines with the ringing of hammers, and the warmth of the forges. The residents take pride in their work, for it is their hands that create the Order’s glory and wealth.
• Green Oasis: This is the only place in the Baishan Mountains where hardy mountain pines and “snow plums” grow, whose flowers are fragrant even in the freezing cold.
Architecture: Castle Garden
The residence itself is built into a massive rock face, but its facades are adorned with terraces immersed in greenery.
• Vibrant Garden of the Immortals: Inside the castle lies a luxurious garden with rare plants brought from the Snow Empire. Amidst the vibrant foliage and flowers, the snow-white statues of the clan’s great ancestors rise, their icy gazes a reminder of the discipline and lineage of the masters of these lands.
• Treasure Labyrinth: Deep beneath the castle, mines extend, where exquisite crystals are born in the depths of the Great Peak. The castle’s treasuries are guarded by complex mechanisms and ice magic, making them the most secure in Shanlu.

The Frozen Treasure Castle has transformed the Order of Baishan Feng into one of the wealthiest orders in Shanlu.

The Clan of Yunhe Zhan
Residence is the Iron Nest Manor
Yunhe City
Yunhe is a major commercial and cultural center located in the mountainous Baishan Feng region. Its name is perfectly suited to a place where river mist constantly swirls, and the spirit of the Baishan Feng Order hovers over every home.
Geography and Architecture
The city lies in a wide valley through which a turbulent, full-flowing river flows.
Lower Town: Commercial areas and residential buildings are built closer to the water. The architecture here is light, with an abundance of wood and light-colored lacquered surfaces designed to withstand the frequent fog. Canals and bridges weave through this part of the city, reminiscent of a waterway.
Upper City (Clan Quarter): As you move away from the river and climb the mountains, the buildings become more massive. Stone dominates here, and the streets become steep staircases. It is here that the contrasting residences of the Yunhe Deng and Yunhe Zhan Clans are located. Unique Features of the City
Eternal Fog: Yunhe’s signature feature. From dawn until midday, the city is shrouded in a thick white haze. Locals have learned to use it for their own purposes: merchants hide goods, and adepts of the Yunhe Deng Clan hone their stealth techniques.
Tempering and Flight Festival: An annual celebration where the Yunhe Zhan Clan demonstrates their martial arts and weaponry, while the Yunhe Deng Clan performs graceful fan dances and light-stepping techniques. The culmination is a joint flight of paper cranes, symbolizing a shared mission.
Atmosphere and Life
Yunhe is a city of contrasts. On the one hand, it is a bustling trade hub, attracting caravans from both north and south. On the other hand, it is a stronghold of discipline and military honor, where every resident respects the Baishan Feng Order and its shelters. The townspeople are proud that it is here that the region’s future defenders are raised, and they revere both Clans as their guardian angels, regardless of whether they prefer the gentleness of the Yunhe Deng Clan or the iron will of the Yunhe Zhan Clan.
Yunhe Zhan Clan
Residence: Iron Nest Estate
Unlike the ethereal Deng Residence, the Zhan Clan Estate resembles an impenetrable citadel, built directly into the rocky banks of the Yunhe River.
Exterior: Massive dark stone walls adorned with bas-reliefs of warriors. The residence is famous for its Vertical Gardens—training poles dug directly into the turbulent river, where the orphans learn to maintain their balance.
Tempering Hall: The central space, where a fire constantly burns in enormous braziers. Here, the orphans not only train but also learn crafts such as weapon forging and construction.
Description of the Yunhe Zhan Clan
Specialization: Heavy infantry and guards of the Baishan Feng Order. In combat, they use twin swords, and their bodies are hardened to withstand powerful blows.
Motto: “A broken bone mends stronger; a tempered heart knows no fear.”
Educational Philosophy: Strict discipline and brotherhood. Older students are responsible for the younger ones. In the Yunhe Zhan Clan, there are no strangers—every orphan receives lifelong protection from the Clan.

Yunhe Deng Clan
Residence: Heavenly Wings Sanctuary
The Clan’s residence in Yunhe City is more than just a fortress; it’s a vast landscaped complex that combines training grounds and cozy residential buildings.
Atmosphere: Children’s voices and the sounds of flutes are always heard here. Instead of austere stone walls, the grounds are surrounded by hedges of white jasmine.
Hall of a Thousand Nests: The main building where the adepts live. Its architecture resembles the outspread wings of a bird sheltering its chicks from the elements. Inside, the walls are painted with star charts and stories of great heroes of the past to inspire children from a young age.
Description of the Yunhe Deng Clan
Mission: The Yunhe Deng Clan raises children who have lost their families in wars or to monsters, giving them not only shelter but also the Deng surname. Every orphan here becomes a full-fledged member of the family.
Training Philosophy:
“Feathers grow in peace, and flight is honed in the storm.” The Clan’s senior masters act as foster parents to their students. Unlike other Clans, gentleness and cooperation are encouraged here, rather than fierce competition.
Fighting Style and Skills:
o Protective Wing Technique: A unique style of protecting allies, using twin fans or wide sleeves to redirect enemy attacks.
o Reconnaissance: The Yunhe Deng Clan’s apprentices are trained from childhood to be the eyes and ears of the Baishan Feng Order, using their agility to infiltrate any place undetected.
Special Detail: Each apprentice wears a bamboo bell on their waist. The ringing of these bells is believed to ward off evil spirits and help them find their way home in the mists of Yunhe.
